Kabobs

Tonight we are making Kabobs with yellow rice for dinner. This is such a good easy meal for the weeknights. You can make your own kabobs by adding to or taking away from my recipe.

Ingredients:
Chicken (cubed)
Sausage
Onions
Mushrooms
Bell peppers
Cherry tomato
Montreal steak seasoning
Dale


First, you dice and cube all of the ingredients. Second, marinate the ingredients in olive oil and Montreal steak seasoning. Cook everything on the grill (in a grill pan) and baste the ingredients with Dale seasoning. I serve this dish with yellow rice.
