Making homemade Rolls is actually pretty easy. It sounds difficult, but once you try it for the first time you will never go back. I'm going to give you a basic, easy recipe that is good for beginners. 1 1/2 cups warm water 1 tablespoon yeast   2 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons butter softened 1 teaspoon salt 4 cups all-purpose flour more or less as needed   3 tablespoons melted butter sea salt flakes for sprinkling on top Instructions First, dissolve the yeast and sugar in the hot water (first 3 bullet points). Freezer Meals

I like to make up a few meals to keep in my freezer for days that I don't have time to cook. It is so convenient to have meals on hand for those days that you are busy or working late. My go to freezer meal is a pot roast with vegetables in the crock pot. Pot Roast with Vegetables: Chuck Roast Diced Carrots Diced Potatos Diced Onions Onion Soup mix I take all of the ingredients and put them in a freezer bag. It is nice to have everything already cut up and put in a bag. When you are ready to cook the pot roast, you dump all ingredients in a crock pot, add about 1/2 cup of water, salt and pepper, and then add the onion soup mix. Turn the crockpot to low and allow it to cook all day. It's that simple!
